Brian worked for the Kerry Group as New Product Development Chef for 5 years across multiple sectors within, food service, snacks, airlines.
Brian had an idea to support SME’s within food and drink sector which led to the establishment of a 1 million facility called Foodovation Centre, Derry. Brian managed this from idea to launch and then post launch having built a skilled team to work with over 130 start up and established business with hand held support services with route to market and be spoke new product development services . The centre won an innovative award in its first year.
