Brian had an idea to support SME’s within food and drink sector which led to the establishment of a 1 million facility called Foodovation Centre, Derry. Brian managed this from idea to launch and then post launch having built a skilled team to work with over 130 start up and established business with hand held support services with route to market and development. The centre won an innovative award in its first year.
